Community Association photo

  • Full charge bookkeeping including payment of approved bills
  • Record owner payments and make deposits
  • Process ACH owner payments and lock box transactions
  • Maintain A/R and A/P balances for accrual basis reports
  • Assess late fees and send late notices
  • Reconcile Bank accounts
  • Assist in the budget process
  • Handle property sale paperwork

Reporting Services:

 

  • Create monthly reports including Statement of Revenue and Expenses, Budget Comparison to Actual, Reserve Budget Reports, Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet), Fund Reports
  • Attend Board meetings as requested
  • Maintain owner list, distribute coupon books, mail notices
  • Provide end of year reports and assist CPA in preparation of tax returns and audit
